That creaking is the sound of Vancouver’s audio post market growing larger. Veteran producer/composer Wayne Kozak has launched Kozmic Sound, a new partnership with engineer Chris McLaren, who has worked on animated series Madeline, Dragon Tales, Sherlock Holmes, Ed, Edd & Eddy and others.

The all-digital audio facility, which opened this month on West 3rd Avenue in Vancouver, was created by studio designer John Vrtacic and can accommodate 14 actors in an animation cast.
