the Big Film Company dispatched director Carl Harvey on a two-day shoot for Interac. Dylan McLeod lensed the :30, available in English and French, and Angie Colgoni executive produced.

Creative was the work of Axmith McIntyre Wicht associate creative directors Ron Smrczek (art director) and Brian Howlett (copywriter) and creative director John McIntyre. Bob Kirk produced for the agency.

Tim Kirkwood handled post at Flashcut and Rival Music provided the score.

Harvey had four more days (three in Toronto, one in Vancouver) on ‘One Plan,’ a 60-second spot for Sprint Canada. Ray Dumas was the dop and Cindy Kemp was the executive producer.

Vickers & Benson handled the creative, with Steve Murray art directing and Bryan Tenanhouse writing. Aggie Brook produced for v&b.

Big director/dop George Willis shot three :15s over a 15-hour work day for Drug Trading (‘Clean Sweep’), Guardian (‘Conveyor’) and ida (‘Curling’). Executive producer was Dave Greenham.

The Microforum Communications team of art director Mark Hrycak, writer Tim Heintzman and creative director Mark Giacomelli coined the creative. Anne Marie Martignago produced for the agency.

James Taylor posted the spots at Big/Videogenic.

At Rave Films, Bill Irish helmed three :30s, shot over five days, for Sears’ Christmas campaign. James Gardner was behind the lens on ‘Deer Crossing,’ ‘Grade 11’ and ‘Perfect Present.’ Jason Hunt executive produced.

The creative came from TBWA Chiat/Day creative director/art director Jamie Way and copywriters Andrew Anthony and Rob Rathke, with Ken Rodger producing.

Third Floor Editing’s Richard Unruh handled post.

Rave director Drew Jarvis helmed a two-day shoot for Enmax, which yielded the 60-second ‘Competition.’ John Houtman worked the camera and Hunt exec produced.

Creative for the spot came courtesy of MGM Communications’ creative director/art director Louis Krynski and copywriter Eric Howling. Howling also served as agency producer.

Ian Jenkins edited at Coast Mountain, with additional post work done at Command Post.

Rave director Phil Brown and dop Houtman teamed up on two :30s, ‘Hospital’ and ‘Mail,’ for Western Canada Lottery. Hunt executive produced.

The creative minds at MacLaren McCann West were creative director Grant Fraggalosch and art director Jay Gundzik. Andrea Fehsenfeld produced.

Coast Mountain’s Jenkins edited, with additional post handled by Rainmaker Digital Pictures.

Director Linda Hassani had two days on a 30-second Honey Nut Cheerios spot called ‘Race Across City.’ Dumas was the dop and Hunt executive produced.

The Cossette Communications team of John Finn and Chris Gerald came up with the creative and Tessa Waisglass produced.

Terry Godfrey and Kelly Graham at Evening Sky/The Animation House in Toronto handled post and animation.

mvp director Matthew Vibert had two days with dop Craig Mullins on ‘Skeptic,’ a 60-second spot for Procter & Gamble’s Downy Wrinkle Releaser. Vibert also served as excutive producer on the English/French ad.

The spot is a product of Grey Worldwide copywriter Charlene Butler, art director Taisa Dorney and creative director Marc Stoiber. David Smith produced on behalf of Grey.

Joel Zigler at Bullet Digital handled post and Imprint Music provided the soundtrack.

Navigator Films sent director Bill Scarlet on a two-day shoot for Tim Hortons, which netted two :30s, ‘Big Guys’ and ‘Mission Impossible.’ McLeod served as dop, with Derek Vanlint handling food and product photography. Humphrey Carter executive produced on behalf of Navigator.

Enterprise Creative Selling art directors Dave Marsden and Darren Warner, copywriter Steve Mitchell and creative director Paul Wales coined the creative. Terri Black produced for Enterprise.

Mark Hajek at Stealing Time completed post, with musical accompaniment coming from Great Big Music.

Navigator dispatched veteran director/dop Vanlint on another day for Tim Hortons, the 30-second ‘Happy Blues.’ Carter was exec producer.

The creative team at Enterprise was copywriter Steve Mitchell and creative director Darcy Maloney. Barb Inksater produced.

Blue Highway’s Andy Attalai handled the edit and Great Big took care of the music.

At The Players Film Company, director Jeffrey Fleisig teamed with dop Greg Holmgren on a day for Panasonic Canada. The resulting 30-second ‘Elevator’ is available in English and French versions. Players’ Derek Sewell executive produced.

The spot’s creative came from Palmer Jarvis ddb art directors Marketa Krivy and Nick Burton and copywriter Ben Weinberg. Neil McOstrich provided the creative direction, with Nan Mitchell Patrick producing.

At press time, post and music houses had not been announced.

Apple Box Productions director Craig Worsham and dop John Spooner joined foreces on a three-day shoot for Telus that resulted in five Christmas-themed :30s – ‘Note,’ ‘Christmas Turkey,’ ‘Snow Angels,’ ‘Carolers’ and ‘Noel.’ Jane Charles Shaw was executive producer.

At pjddb, the creative team consisted of art director Dean Ponto and copywriter Kevin Rathgeber. Randy Stein and Dean Lee served as co-creative directors. Terry Green produced.
