Vancouver: Distributor Red Sky Entertainment of Vancouver has secured the Canadian distribution rights to Red Green’s Duct Tape Forever (S&S Productions), the feature based on the comedy series The Red Green Show.

The $4-million film begins shooting in Ontario this fall. Steve Smith, Patrick McKenna (Traders, Red Green), Peter Keleghan (Made in Canada), Graham Greene (Touched) and Gordon Pinsent (Due South) star.

Written by Red Green Show creator Smith, Duct Tape follows the perils of Red and his techno-geek nephew Harold (McKenna) as they attempt to stave off a threat to their Possum Lodge.
