Montreal: The apftq Quebec producers association has adopted a significantly revised professional code of conduct.

Interim association chairman Denise Robert says, ‘Our new code principally takes into account the recommendations of the Lampron Report, and fully reflects the association’s preoccupation with the public interest.’

One new aspect of the revised code permits interested parties to file a complaint against an apftq producer-member. The association has established separate hearing and disciplinary committees, composed in part of individuals who are not members of the apftq.
