Voyageur Film Capital is selling an $800,000 private placement through underwriter Canaccord Capital Corp. Five million units are being sold at $0.16 each. Each unit comprises one common share and a one-year warrant to purchase an additional common share at $0.18. The proceeds will be used for working capital and debt reduction.

Voyageur, through its subsidiary Cadence Entertainment, is in preproduction with the international coproduction Shiney’s Head.

Shares on the Canadian Venture Exchange were trading March 15 at $0.15 per share. Its year high is $0.55 per share and low is $0.07 per share.
