ChumCity International has signed a college cable distribution agreement with College Broadcast, a Venice, Calif.-based provider of broadband entertainment for college students.

The deal gives cb exclusive access (within the closed circuit college broadcast environment) to the ChumCity library for 18-months, allowing the broadcaster to choose from any of the Citytv and MuchMusic programs geared to young adults.

cb is already committed to several programs produced by Citytv including Ooh La La, MediaTelevision, Ed the Sock!, Startv, Greenpeace Odyssey, Space News and Very Radical. MuchMusic programs include RapCity, Spotlight and The NewMusic.

cb has more than 120 cable tv affiliates, reaching more than one million college students in the u.s.
