Regan opens Halifax office

Toronto-based Regan Productions is launching a broadcast program production branch in Halifax on Sept. 30.

In establishing the prodco’s Maritime link, company president and ceo Ted Regan will relocate to Halifax as the new bureau’s director, producer and educator, and will work with Nova Scotia Community College to develop and teach the new Screen Arts Program at the downtown Halifax campus.

‘Working with Maritime producers, we can continue to develop outstanding new projects that serve both a Canadian and international television program market,’ says vp of corporate development Carolann Reynolds, who is set to helm Regan’s Toronto office.

The film, video and multimedia prodco is best known for its Chatelaine and Company series, produced in association with Chatelaine magazine and Life Network.
