Regina-based public relations firm Creative Consortium is merging its operations with local production company Minds Eye Pictures.

Lanis Anthony, president of Creative Consortium, will step into the role of vp communications at Minds Eye, bringing with her Creative Consortium publicists Melinda Luther and Marcie Watson.

In other appointment news at Minds Eye, Shawn McGrath assumes the role of supervisor – business affairs, concentrating on the administration of Minds Eye’s feature film projects from production through to delivery.

Franco Dottor, a former production accountant who has worked for Disney, Atlantis Films, abc and Showtime, has been named production controller, overseeing projects currently in development and production.

Roma Roth, who has worked for Montreal-based Taurus 7 Film Corporation, becomes production executive in Minds Eye’s recently opened l.a. office. The position includes attracting service work and coproductions and increasing the company’s exposure in the u.s. market.

At Minds Eye International, Roxanna Humphreys will serve as a contract liaison for international and national clients.
