Screenwriter Guy Fournier has been named president of the international jury for the 20th Banff Rockie Awards.

Other jurors are Debra Allanson, ceo of ScreenWest in Perth, Australia; David Bianculli, a television critic with the New York Daily News; Patrick Dromgoole, who ran the u.k. broadcasting company htv for 20 years; Laurence Kaufmann, gm of French production companies International Development Media and Limak Productions; Werner Kohn, former head of the TV program purchases department of WDR Cologne; and Koji Nakai, an exec producer with Japanese public broadcaster nhk.

The Rockies will be presented June 14 at the Banff Television Festival, June 13-19.
