Lions Gate Entertainment began trading on the tse late November. The Vancouver-based company is run by Frank Giustra and now owns North Shore Studios, cfp and Mandalay Television. A related private placement raised more than $60 million for Lions Gate.
Shares listed at $4.70 per share and closed the first day of trading unchanged on a volume of 24,300 shares.
Lions Gate went public through a reverse takeover of tse-listed shell company Beringer Gold Corp.
