Former Lacewood Productions president Sheldon Wiseman has announced the formation of a new animation/live-action company, Amberwood Entertainment, which will develop, produce and distribute TV productions and provide packaging services for third-party producers.

Projects in development include the action-adventure comedy Zeroman, a primetime half-hour starring the voice and caricature of Leslie Nielsen.

Zeroman was created by Cloud 9 Filmed Entertainment.

Gerald Tripp is the VP of production at Amberwood.

Amberwood has established an advisory council of senior marketing, financial and strategic planners, chaired by CTV/History Television’s Arthur Weinthal, to guide the new company.
