Yeates had four days as director/cameraman for Molson Dry through bbdo. David Buder at Atomic edited and Marie Walsh produced.
Yeates also directed and lensed one day for Sunlight through Ammirati & Puris. Panic & Bob’s David Hicks edited and Shari Erlichman produced.
Louis Lyne directed and cameraman John Houtman shot one day for GM Chevy Trucks through MacLaren McCann. Daily Post’s Chris Van Dyke is editing.
Lyne and Houtman worked together for seven days on Labatt Blue through PNMD/Publitel. Sarah Duncan will produce and Lyne will edit, assisted by Mather Griffiths.
Lyne and Houtman also teamed up on one day for the Vancouver Sun through Palmer Jarvis.
Director Robert Turner had three days for Chili’s Restaurant out of GSDM/Texas, with Ron Williams on camera.
Turner and Williams teamed up for two days for BC Nurses through Wasserman & Partners, with post by Rainmaker, and on two projects for icbc through Palmer Jarvis, which Deb Tregale will edit at Coast Mountain.
The pair also had a day for a BC Children’s Hospital psa through Bryant, Fulton & Shee, with Coast Mountain’s Ian Jenkins editing.
Derik Murray directed three days for a&w through bbdo, Vancouver.
At L.T.B. Productions, director Greg Gold shot two days on location in l.a. with dop Anghel Decca for Colour Your World through the O’Rourke Group. Rik Morden of The Post Group will edit.
Leroy Koetz directed two days on location in t.o. with dop Glen Keenan for Tim Horton’s through Enterprise. Terri Black was producer and Third Floor’s Barry McMann edited.
Director Christopher Gentile and dop Harry Makin shot one day on location in Toronto for the Metro School Board through Marshall Fenn. Barry Farrell edited at Smash Editorial and music was provided by Pirate Radio.
At The Partners’ Film Company, director Eric Yealland shot five days for Ikea through Roche Macaulay & Partners. Sean Valentini was on camera, Evelyn Arthur produced and Panic & Bob’s Hicks edited.
Director Carl Harvey shot a day with cameraman Mike Andringa for Taco Bell through Bozell. Producer was Nancy Lee and Chris Brook is editing at Partners’ Post.
Clay Staub directed two days for Bridgestone through Promanad, with Miroslaw Baszak the dop. Marg White produced and editing will be by Michelle Czukar at Panic & Bob.

Director Randy MacDonald and Spooner shot two days for aol through aol in Edmonton, with Studio Post’s Don Guryluk editing.
At Rave Films, director Oscar Bassinson shot one day with dop Nick Allen-Woolfe for Crystal Light through o&m. Executive producer was Ken Eggett and Barry McMann edited at Third Floor.
Bassinson and Allen-Woolfe also teamed up for two days of Robin Hood through o&m. Eggett executive produced and editing was by Brian Williams at Panic & Bob.
Players Film Company director David McNally shot two days with dop Valentini for GM Pontiac Sunfire through Cossette, Montreal. Exec producer was Meredith Dorion, producer was Marilyn Kastelic and editing was by Daily Post’s Van Dyke.
McNally also directed a day through Edge Films, New York, for Alberto Culver VO5 from agency Partners and Shivak.
McNally and dop Robert Gantz teamed up for two days on Heinz Ketchup out of DDB Canada. Dorion executive produced, Julie Noorden produced and Panic & Bob’s Baxter edited.
Henry Less was director/dop for five days on location in Orlando, Florida, for Benckiser Lime-A-Way through Bates Canada. Philip Mellows executive produced and Pat Lyons produced. Editing was done by Chris Cassino at Monica 100, Less’ editing suite.
At Big Star Motion Pictures, director Giacomo Moncada will shoot a spot with cameraman Mario Madau for Stella Pharmaceuticals Nutribar through VMC Media.
Corrections
In the March 24 issue, the dop on Maxx Productions’ McDonald’s spot should have been listed as James Gardner, not Gabor Tarko.
And the Panic & Bob editor who cut the kfc spot directed by Jack Churchill was, of course, Panic & Bob’s David Hicks, not the fictitious Ron Hicks.
