Ian Greenberg, president and coo of Astral Communications, has assumed the responsibility of chief executive officer of the company.

Harold Greenberg remains chairman of the board and says he will play a major role in strategic development, joint ventures and acquisitions. Andre Bureau remains vice-chairman of the board, and president and ceo of the Astral Broadcasting Group.

Harold Greenberg has built the company over 30 years. Revenues for the last fiscal period were $400 million. LRB
