Capital/Imax project

In a joint venture with New York’s Capital Cities/ABC, Toronto-based Imax Corporation will develop Four Million House Guests, a 3D feature film which will combine live-action and microphotography techniques.

As well, Imax is currently in development on three other 3D and 2D films.

Nelvana revenues up

For the year ended Dec. 31. 1994, Nelvana reports gross revenues of $58,323,000, up 86.2% from $27,003,000 from the previous year.

Earnings before income taxes rose to $6,120,000, from $3,672,000 last year.
