New B.C. company

A new Vancouver company formed by a group of digital and post-production companies, Rainmaker Imaging Corporation, is said to be the first Canadian company to purchase Eastman Kodak’s Cineon digital imaging systems for film and video. Retailing for more than $1 million, the system offers scanning, digital compositing and image manipulation.
