Sheridan returns to McClear

McClear Pathe Recording and Post Production Studios has participated in a homecoming ‘of sorts’ by bringing recording engineer Phil Sheridan back to the facility.

Sheridan, who co-owned McClear from 1979 to 1984, has a record of stellar associations in the music industry and has worked with such talents as Boss Brass, Duke Ellington and Rosemary Clooney. He’s a Grammy and Juno-winning jazz engineer/producer, he’s done jingle recording, and he’s owned, and served as an executive at, California record label Jazz Alliance.

His appointment is effective Aug. 1.
