Dark Eyes set to shoot

Alliance Communications will begin work this month on Dark Eyes, a series pilot for abc created by Wayne Grigsby and Barbara Samuels (North of 60, e.n.g.).The pair will also executive produce. Nancy Savoca (Household Saints) is directing and Adam Haight (Counterstrike) is producing.

Signed to star are Kelly McGillis and Canadian actors Roy Dupuis and Kenneth Welsh.

Dark Eyes tells the story of a single-parent policewoman put in charge of a mismanaged task force on organized crime.
