Montreal-based CMJ Distribution has acquired international rights to motorsport and automotive series from Chet Burks Productions and Rio Vista Universal.
The company has added three Chet Burks Productions to its catalog: Café Racer (26 x 30 minutes), about motorcycle builders in the U.S. and England; Dreams to Champions (10 x 30 minutes), which follows three young minority motorsports drivers as they develop their careers; and Superbike Family (pictured), about Superbike champion Larry Pegram and his family.
Meanwhile, CMJ also picked up the series Gear Heads (five x 30 minutes) from Rio Vista Universal. The show stars Nick Field and Rick Ford, a pair of performance racing shop owners in Houston, Texas staffed by a team of young, horsepower-obsessed mechanics.
