Toronto-based digital distributor Syndicado has inked a supply deal with Samsung Electronics.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but is set to bring VOD content from Syndicado to Samsung’s smartphone platforms.

Syndicado president Greg Rubidge in a statement Samsung’s increasing dominance of the mobile phone and tablet market makes it a “natural fit for our long term distribution strategy.”

Syndicado signed earlier digital distribution deals with iTunes, hulu, vudu, YouTube and ilovedocs.com.
