Breakthrough Entertainment has licensed the first two seasons of the reality series Opening to Telelatino, just as the restaurant launch series bows on the Asia Food Channel.

The series about restaurant openings is produced by Riverbank Pictures, with the third season featuring two chefs exploring their culinary roots in Italy now in production.

The first season series Opening: Campagnolo has chef Craig Harding going through the trials of opening his own restaurant, while the second season, Opening: Bestellen, sees Top Chef Canada runner up Rob Rossi (pictured, right) also under the gun to open his own eatery.

Opening, debuting on Asia Food Channel on Nov. 20, will air on Telelatino in early 2013.
