GlassBox Television’s Travel + Escape channel has acquired Chefs Run Wild from Frogwater Media.

The 13-episode lifestyle series features three Canadian chefs, twin brothers Chad and Clayton Klyne and Lyndon Wiebe, who travel across Southeast Asia to chronicle regional dishes.

After an Asian production leg, Chefs Run Wild returns before the camera in Toronto from Sept. 6 ahead of a Nov. 1 bow on Travel + Escape.

The food travel series will debut on the digital specialty channel just as it is relaunched after its $10 million acquisition last year by GlassBox Television from then CTVglobemedia.

Chefs Run Wild is executive produced by Frogwater Media’s Tim Troke.
