Brand-new CGI preschool series Rainbow Ruby from South Korea’s CJ E&M will bow on DHX’s Family Jr. channel in Canada on April 23.

Co-produced by China Entertainment, in association with property distributor DHX Media, Rainbow Ruby follows the adventures of a six-year-old girl who transports to a magical world where her stuffed animals come alive.

Following its debut, Rainbow Ruby will move to its regular 5:10 p.m. time slot as part of the network’s Monday Funday lineup starting April 25.

A dedicated Rainbow Ruby section on FamilyJr.ca will support the launch, and select episodes will be accessible on Family Jr. OnDemand from April 24.

DHX Media distributes Rainbow Ruby in the US, Canada and EMEA, excluding France.
