Toronto’s Bejuba! Entertainment has secured the international distribution rights to Zinc Roe Design’s interactive animated series The Zimmer Twins, a recent Emmy winner for best interactive program.

‘We are privileged and extremely excited to be presenting this property as a series which will be localized for individual broadcasters,’ said Bejuba! president Tatiana Kober in a release.

Zimmer Twins, which debuted on Teletoon Canada in March 2005, follows psychic twins Eva and Edgar as they discover the pitfalls of teleportation, fortune cookies, and searching for hidden treasures. The show’s accompanying site regularly attracts over a million page views per month.

The series has already been licensed to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, where it will be part of the RollerCoaster block on ABC TV and will also air on the digichannel ABC2 as well as its companion website.
