Just For Laughs and Bell Media have partnered on the comedy special One Night Out with Alan Cumming, which is heading to Bell Media’s Crave and the CTV Comedy Channel.

Originally announced as JFLGBTQ+ Gala Hosted by Alan Cumming, the special starring the British actor and filmmaker was filmed in front of a live audience on July 26 during the Just For Laughs Montréal Festival. The release date is yet to be announced.

Alongside Cumming (pictured), One Night Out with Alan Cumming features a range of 2SLGBTQI+ comedic talent, with guests including Mae Martin, Sabrina Jalees, Jay Jurden, Tranna Wintour, Joe Dombrowski, Irene Tu, Dan Duvall and Sami Landri. Trevor Boris (Canada’s Drag Race) is the showrunner and executive producer.

The fifth season of Bell Media’s Roast Battle Canada, which was renewed in the company’s upfronts in June, was also filmed at the Just For Laughs Montréal Festival for the CTV Comedy Channel and Crave.
