Elevation to release Paw Patrol Christmas special in theatres

The one-hour special A Paw Patrol Christmas sees the pups go on a mission to rescue the holiday after Santa Claus comes down with a cold.

Elevation Pictures is bringing the first Paw Patrol Christmas special to theatres in November.

Spin Master Entertainment announced Wednesday (Oct. 22) that Elevation is handling theatrical distribution for the one-hour special, which was greenlit earlier this year.

A Paw Patrol Christmas sees the pups go on a mission to save the holiday after the dastardly mayor plots to take over the North Pole when Santa Claus comes down with a cold. It features a mix of classic and original holiday songs.

The special will screen at more than 100 Cineplex locations starting Nov. 7, followed by an additional 11 Landmark Cinemas locations on Nov. 8.

A Paw Patrol Christmas was first announced in May as one of five original Paw Patrol specials commissioned by Nickelodeon. Another special, Valiente: A Tracker Story, aired on Nickelodeon in the U.S. on Oct. 3, and landed on Netflix in Canada on Oct. 17.

Elevation previously handled the theatrical releases for Paw Patrol: The Movie and the sequel Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie. A third film, titled Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie, is slated for a theatrical release under Elevation in Canada on July 31, 2026. Paramount Pictures handles worldwide distribution, excluding Canada.
