Toronto and L.A.-based Blink49 Studios has appointed Kate Pfetsch as VP, partnerships for its brand studio, established in January.
Based in New York, Pfetsch (pictured) will report to brand studio president Adam Puchalsky.
She most recently served as global senior director of content strategy and head of the content studio at Marriott International, which she first joined in 2016 as a senior manager of content strategy. Prior to that, Pfetsch had worked as a supervising producer for branded entertainment at Discovery Communications.
“Kate is a world-class creative and strategist with a proven ability to bridge brand objectives with premium entertainment,” said Puchalsky in a statement. “Her leadership will be a key asset as we continue building a division dedicated to delivering innovative, culturally resonant brand-funded content.”
