Super Channel promotes three to director roles

The promotions include Eva Lonoza as director of distribution sales marketing and strategic partnerships.

Edmonton-based Super Channel has elevated three team members to director roles in sales, marketing and HR.

Effective immediately, Eva Lonoza (pictured left) is director of distribution sales marketing and strategic partnerships; Jessica Milliken (pictured centre) is director of marketing; and Valentina Phavone (pictured right) is director of HR, accessibility and privacy. All three report to Super Channel president and CEO Don McDonald.

Lonoza, previously manager of distribution sales and marketing, will lead revenue growth and initiatives across business development units, digital and FAST channel platforms. Lonoza first joined Super Channel in July 2023 amid its restructuring, from her prior role as a channel manager with Telus Small Business Solutions. At the time, Lonoza reported to then-chief operating officer Tanuka Roy.

Milliken, previously marketing manager, is now responsible for leading marketing campaigns and analyzing trends.

Phavone will now oversee Super Channel’s human resources department. Her prior role was staff accountant and HR coordinator.

In September, Super Channel launched the specialty channel Super Channel Quest, which offers history, science, paranormal and mystery docuseries and documentaries.
