The series is created by showrunner Katelyn McCulloch (Mulligan) alongside Maddy Foley (Step Sisters) and Becky Swannick. It is produced by McCulloch’s Dartmouth, N.S.-based banner Hey Old Friend Productions.
Foley stars in the series, which follows the trials and tribulations of a 30-something woman on a path of self-discovery. Season one premiered on Bell Fibe TV1 on June 5.
Filming for the six-episode second season will begin in Nova Scotia in January 2025, with McCulloch set to direct, according to a news release.
