Blue Ant picks up blue chip series from Love Nature

The company will manage international licensing and pre-sales for the recently greenlit, premium natural history programming titles.

Blue Ant Studios has picked up a slate of original commissions from global wildlife and nature brand, Love Nature.

Blue Ant will manage international licensing and pre-sales for the collection of recently greenlit, premium natural history titles produced with the world’s preeminent wildlife partners.

The titles include Pride Rules (w/t, 5 x 60-minutes from Lion Mountain Media; pictured), The Kimberley (w/t, 3 x 60-minutes, Wild Pacific Media) and Reteti Elephant Rescue (w/t, 2 x 60-minutes, Passion Planet)

Also included are 13 Hours to Survive (2 x 60-minutes, Films à Cinq/CAPA), Planet Weird (w/t, 6 x 60-minutes, WildBear Entertainment) and Coral City (w/t, 4 x 60-minutes, WildBear Entertainment).

The docs will premiere on Love Nature worldwide and will roll out on Sky Nature in the UK, Italy and Germany, in addition to premieres across co-commissioning territories.

Blue Ant Studios’ rights division will oversee licensing opportunities for the titles outside of commissioning territories.
