Bizable Media’s Lucy Veale and Audrey Quinn have assumed co-ownership of the Toronto consultancy firm.

The leadership change comes as co-founder Janice Dawe prepares to retire, the company announced in a LinkedIn post on Monday (April 1). Veale and Quinn now serve as co-presidents.

“After years of dedication and leadership, our co-founder Janice Dawe is stepping into a well-deserved retirement. We extend our deepest thanks for her vision, passion, and relentless commitment that have shaped Bizable Media into what it is today,” read the post.

Veale (pictured left), who has been with the company since 2019, was promoted to VP from director, business affairs and production in 2022. Quinn (pictured right) was upped to VP, production financing role from controller. Both also took an equity position in the company.

Prior to joining Bizable, Veale served as business affairs coordinator at Shaftesbury and also held various roles at Accent Entertainment.

Quinn’s career has included roles at Shaftesbury and Banger Films. She held a dual role as financial controller at Primitive Entertainment in addition to her work at Bizable.
