A pple TV+ descended on the California Science Center in Los Angeles for the world premiere of its new original series Jane, produced by Toronto’s Sinking Ship Entertainment and the Jane Goodall Institute.

The series’ cast and creatives attended the event on Friday (April 14), the same day it premiered on the platform. Guests included Sinking Ship partner J.J. Johnson, Drew Scott of Scott Brothers Entertainment, Oscar-nominated songwriter Diane Warren and singer Leona Lewis, who respectively wrote and performed the series’ original song “One Step Closer.”

Jane is created Johnson and follows young environmentalists as they strive to save endangered species, inspired by the work of renown activist and conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall, who was also in attendance at the red carpet.

Cast members include Ava Louise Murchison (Reacher), Mason Blomberg (Shameless), Tamara Almeida (Secrets at the Inn), Dan Abramovici (Wayne), Sam Marra (Stumptown) and newcomer Jazz Allen.
