Blue Ant International has hired former A+E Networks exec Bryan Gabourie as SVP, international sales and partnerships.

Based in New York City, Gabourie will oversee the Blue Ant Media-owned distribution arm’s U.S. sales activity, including originals, pre-sales, content licensing, copros and strategic partnerships.

He will report to Blue Ant International SVP Solange Attwood.

Gabourie most recently served as VP, global content sales and digital licensing for A+E Networks, where he built partnerships within the U.S. and Canada. He has more than 15 years of experience in distribution and development in the global market and has also held positions at Rive Gauche Television, Paramount Studios, Nickelodeon and Warner Bros.

“Bryan’s deep experience and relationships with buyers across all platforms in the U.S. market is a huge asset in growing our business in the United States,” said Attwood, EVP, Blue Ant International.

Blue Ant International expanded its sales team in the latter half of 2021, hiring former Viacom exec Maria Ibarra as VP of international sales to focus on pre-sales and content licensing for Hispanic U.S., Latin America and Iberia.
