Spacetoon and Entertainment One (eOne) have inked a deal that will see that Dubai-based broadcaster air Transformers: Rescue Bots (104 x 22 minutes) and Power Rangers Beast Morphers (44 x 22 minutes) in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
Transformers: Rescue Bots is available now on the Spacetoon free-to-air channel and online streaming service Spacetoon GO, while Power Rangers Beast Morphers is set for Spacetoon. Together, Spacetoon and Spacetoon GO reach around 100 million viewers across MENA, according to the company.
Rescue Bots centers around a team of transforming vehicles that save humans from disasters, while Beast Morphers pits the Power Rangers against an assortment of new villains.
Spacetoon and eOne have worked together before, and the broadcaster picked up My Little Pony: Pony Life (40 x 11 minutes) to air later this spring.
The latest acquisitions by the family edutainment content creator, provider and producer mark a multi-year extension of their partnership deal with eOne, Hasbro’s Toronto-based global entertainment studio.
