Distribution360 has added 19 new titles to its portfolio ahead of MIPCOM Jr., including 15 animated series from Toronto-based Skyship Entertainment.
Skyship is a kids content company with a portfolio of preschool-focused YouTube Channels, which have garnered more than 10 billion views and attract 350 million eyeballs per month.
D360 has picked up global rights (excluding mainland China and Japan) for broadcast and VOD platforms for Skyship’s series, including Super Simple Songs (150 x 1 – 4 minutes), Mr. Monkey, Monkey Mechanic (12 x 6 minutes) and Milo’s Monster School VLOG (26 x 4-7 minutes).
“The acquisition of the Skyship Entertainment content adds weight to our animation catalogue and their Youtube experience gives us some tremendous audience insights,” said Diane Rankin, SVP International, D360, in a release.
The distribution arm of marblemedia has also added marblemedia-produced Super Mighty Makers (pictured, 26 x 11 minutes or 13 x 22 minutes), Holy Baloney (10 x 2.5 minutes) and the second season of Just Like Mom and Dad (22 x 30 minutes) as well as Bristow Global Media’s It’s My Party (13 x 22 minutes).
Other Skyship series added to the D360 portfolio include Turn and Learn ABCs (26 x 3-4 minutes), Treetop Family (12 x 5-7 minutes), The Super Simple Show (52 x 11 minutes), The Bumble Nums (13 x 4-5 minutes), Super Simple Draw (26 x 4-7 minutes), Super Simple ABCs – Phonics Fun (36 x 1-2 minutes), Sing Along with Tobee (26 x 3-6 minutes), Pratfall (26 x 30 seconds), Pit Stop (16 x 4-6 minutes), Paper Puppet Playhouse (13 x 1 – 11 minutes), Finley’s Factory (15 x 2-3 minutes) and Carl’s Car Wash (12 x 4 – 6 minutes).
