Netflix Canada has picked up all three seasons of Toi et Moi, produced by Montreal’s Zone3 and Ottawa’s Slalom Productions.

The half-hour rom-com follows a woman in her 40s and her husband who is in his 20s as they deal with family conflicts and a newborn baby. The series was penned by Margaret McBrearty and Matt Holland. Producers on the project include Marie Dominique Michaud, Jacques Blain and Slalom’s Marie-Pierre Gariépy.

Toi et Moi aired from 2013 to 2016 on Radio-Canada and French-language specialty ARTV, with the first season running for 10 episodes and subsequent seasons running for eight. The show previously received funding from the CMF as part of its Francophone Minority program in 2014 and 2015.

The series starred Anik Lemay, Jean-Philippe Perras, Marie-Eve Beauregard and Guillaume Saindon, among others.

Last week, it was announced that Netflix picked up the worldwide rights (excluding Latin America) to Ontario-based Brain Power Studio’s kids series, The Ponysitters Club. Produced by Brain Power and Discovery Kids Latin America, the live-action series made its worldwide debut on the streamer on Aug. 10.
