Cameras roll on third season of CBC’s Mr. D

The homegrown comedy is shooting in and around Halifax, with Gerry Dee, Jonathan Torrens, Kassidy Mattera and Mark Forward starring.

Topsail Productions and Gerard ADHD Entertainment have started production in Halifax on the third season of the CBC’s Mr. D.

The Gerry Dee-starring series, which shoots at the Citadel High School in Halifax, has among its ensemble cast Jonathan Torrens, Lauren Hammersley, Booth Savage, Bette McDonald, Naomi Snieckus, Darrin Rose, Mark Little and Wes Williams.

Also starring in the third season is Kassidy Mattera and Mark Forward.

Mr. D, which makes its studio home at the CFB Halifax Curling Club, was created by Gerry Dee and Michael Volpe.
