Television productions brought in the most money at 59.8 per cent or roughly $2 billion.  Meanwhile, commercials accounted for 13.6 per cent of production revenue, with feature film productions bringing in 11.4 per cent.

Ontario was responsible for 52.2 per cent of the overall $3.5 billion, accounting for more than $1.5 billion in the province alone. Quebec was next with 27.1 per cent or $953 million, while B.C. helped with 13.8 per cent of that nation-wide total, contributing $485 million.
