We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO & Communications Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities:

You’re organized and proactive. You have a knack for managing, timelines and schedules and bringing energy to every project. In this role, you’ll be the right hand to the CEO, providing a full range of support:

• You’ll own travel logistics and schedules, handling meeting outreach, reservations, and research
• You’ll keep the CEO apprised of project timelines and coordination across the company
• You’ll serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, industry contacts and visitors, contributing to the positive image and reputation of Portfolio
• You’ll draft and update all communications material, including press releases, executive bios, company bios, boilers, statements, award submissions, key messages, and professional correspondence
• You’ll manage and update Portfolio’s website and affiliated social media pages

Skills and Experience:

• Post-secondary degree
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in office administration
• Familiarity / experience and passion for the television and media industry
• Experience preparing materials using basic graphic design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with WordPress content management and Hootsuite social media management platforms
