Toronto-based Sinking Ship Entertainment has signed a raft of global deals for the second season of Odd Squad, as well as a U.S. SVOD agreement for Imagine Create Media’s preschool series Scout and the Gumboot Kids.

Odd Squad’s new season will head to the BBC in the U.K., ABC Australia, Discovery Kids Latin America, Brazil’s Gloob, Sweden’s SVT and Hop in Israel. TRT in Turkey and RTBF Belgium, meanwhile, have picked up Odd Squad‘s first season.

A co-production between Sinking Ship and The Fred Rogers Company for PBS and TVO, the live-action/CGI series follows young government agents using math to investigate strange occurrences.

Scout and the Gumboot Kids has been picked up by Kidstream in the US, which debuted on Comcast’s Xfinity on Demand earlier this year.

The deals come as Odd Squad’s licensing program continues to expand, with costumes and Outset Media board games set to roll out in 2018.
