Abby Ho tapped to lead CBC Fullscreen Creator Network

Ho steps up to oversee growth and development of the MCN at CBC.

Digital and interactive producer Abby Ho has been named senior producer and head of the CBC Fullscreen Creator Network.

The CBC Fullscreen Creator Network launched with a slate of 2,000 Canadian creators in September. Ho is charged with continuing to build out the network with Canadian talent and find ways to integrate it into CBC’s other media outlets, such as TV or its online comedy portal, Punchline.

She will report to Paul McGrath, director of digital content at CBC, in the new role.

Abby Ho was named to Playback’s 5 to Watch list in 2014. Prior to the promotion, she was running Punchline and had also worked on digital extensions and social media programs for shows like Schitt’s Creek and Mr. D.
