The non-profit organization revealed this year's changes to its board of directors.

On Screen Manitoba has announced its new board of directors for 2013-2014.

Chair Joanne Levy (Scorpio Productions), vice-chair of finance Clinton Skibitzky (Dacapo), co-vice chairs of policy Merit Jensen Carr (Merit Motion Pictures) and Charles Clément (Media RendezVous Inc), vice-chair of programs Jeff Peeler (Frantic Films), Claude Forest (Multimedia Risk), and Kevin Glassier (Tactica Interactive) as secretary and vice-chair of membership and marketing were all newly elected to the OSM Executive Board.

Newly elected directors are Jean Du Toit (Buffalo Gal Pictures), RoseAnna Schick (RAS Creative), Rob Macklin (ACTRA), Rob Rowan (IATSE Local 856) and Scott McLaren (DGC- Manitoba District Council).

“I look forward to working with On Screen Manitoba’s new board of directors led by chair, Joanne Levy and supported by past chair Phyllis Laing (CEO, Buffalo Media Group)”, stated OSM executive director Nicole Matiation in a release. “The media production industry is a complex international business and I believe that this board is representative of the collaborative, innovative and entrepreneurial approach that facilitates Manitoba’s success in Canada and around the world.”

Re-elected for two year terms are Ken Zorniak (Buffalo Media Group) and board treasurer Lawrence Dennis (RBC Royal Bank) as well as directors Louis Paquin (Les Productions Rivard), Tina Keeper (Kistikan Pictures) and Danille Audette (APTN).
