Cameras rolling on Anti Social

The horror feature, produced by Toronto-based Breakthrough Entertainment in association with Guelph's Black Fawn Films, is shooting to Jan. 25 in Toronto.

Principal photography in underway on the indie horror feature Anti Social, produced by Toronto-based Breakthrough Entertainment in association with Guelph indie Black Fawn Films.

Cody Calahan is the director-writer-producer, with Chad Archibald on board as co-writer and producer.

Principal cast include Michelle Mylett, Cody Thompson, Adam Christie, Romaine Waite, Ana Alic and Ryan Barrett.

Anti Social focuses on an epidemic that begins while five university friends attend a house party on New Years Eve. Barricaded indoors, they use their tech devices to get information about the outbreak, while the party’s atmosphere changes from fear to paranoia about who can be trusted.

Ira Levy, Peter Williamson and Marina Cordoni are exec producing, and Breakthrough will distribute the film worldwide.

Anti Social is shooting to Jan. 25 in Toronto.
