Peace Point Rights adds to catalogue

The distribution arm of Toronto-based Peace Point Entertainment has added series and feature titles including Stew and Dead Long Enough (pictured) from Ireland's Grand Pictures to its slate.

Peace Point Rights has acquired new scripted series and feature films from Ireland’s Grand Pictures, including sketch series Stew and feature Spin the Bottle.

“Grand Pictures has produced truly wonderful content that will resonate with viewers around the world,” said Peace Point Entertainment president and CEO Les Tomlin in a statement.

Peace Point will add to its catalog the first and second seasons of sketch series Stew (12 x 30 min); comedy series Fergus’s Wedding (6 x 30 min); scripted dramatic comedy School Run (1 x 75 min); Ding Dong Denny O’Reilly ( 1 x 30 min); Spin the Bottle; Situations Vacant; and Dead Long Enough.

Dublin-based film and TV production company Grand Pictures is headed by Michael Garland and Paul Donovan.
