Anne Le Bouyonnec appointed VP production at Modus FX
She will liaise between executive management and the production team, oversee resources and budgets, and ensure that on-floor production requirements are met.
Anne Le Bouyonnec has been appointed VP production at Montreal-based film VFX company, it was announced Monday.
“Anne’s arrival allows Modus to consolidate our management structure and focus on our corporate vision as we continue to grow,” said Modus FX president and co-founder Marc Bourbonnais in a statement.
Le Bouyonnec will act as a liaison between executive management and the production team, will oversee resources and budgets, and will be responsible for ensuring that on-floor production requirements are met.
She has extensive management experience in the CG, SFX and 3D digital fields. Most recently, Le Bouyonnec was project manager at the Cosmodome space museum in Laval, Quebec. Previously, she worked as studio manager at the digital art and cinematics division of Ubisoft.
Her arrival coincides with Modus FX completing work on Canadian stereoscopic animated film Sarila, slated for release in 2013.
