9 Story ratchets up Almost Naked Animal activity

Further expanding its home entertainment, online, and retail presence, 9 Story Entertainment has released a new Almost Naked Animals DVD, online game, and e-commerce site, and announced a new social networking partnership.
Released Tuesday, the Almost Naked Animals: It’s My Party DVD for kids ages six to 11 features season one’s first six episodes, as well as bonus videos including an Almost Naked Animals music video, Welcome to the Banana Cabana and Howie’s Stunt School.
Moving online, Cabana Craze is a brand new AlmostNakedAnimals.com game that allows users to play as popular characters Howie, Duck, Octo, Narwhal, Bunny and Piggy while running their own hotels. Players can also use codes to unlock secret games and exclusive videos.
Also launching today is the new official AlmostNakedAnimals.com online store for the brand’s retail collection (t-shirts, notebooks, plush). The store is part of 9 Story’s recent e-commerce partnership with Café Press.
Rounding out online activity, 9 Story has paired with the kid and tween social networking site Jabbersmack which will offer Almost Naked Animals videos and feature group games and an Almost Naked Animals chat area.
The latest initiatives follow on the heels of The Licensing Shop adding two new licensees to the Almost Naked Animals Canadian merchandise program: Leese Enterprises International for confectionery and novelty candy and Tickadeeboo Entertainment for live shows and character mascot events.
New international home entertainment deals were also recently secured by 9 Story.
