Matt West joins inMotion as chief creative officer

TV and film director-editor Matt West has joined video producer and production service co inMotion as chief creative officer, it was announced Thursday.

West will work with inMotion VP and senior producer Sarah Fodey to spearhead the company’s growing film and TV division, and deepen the company’s creative services offerings to clients.

West has directed and edited on more than 500 episodes of TV, including Knight Enterprises’ Licence to Grill and Mountain Road Productions’ All For Nothing. He has also directed two short films, The Funeral…Again and The Kissing Booth.

inMotion, headed up by president and CEO Pat McGowan, is a commercial producer headquartered in Ottawa and with offices in Toronto and Calgary. Its sister company Accent Film and Video Services provides production services, camera and grip rentals and electric packages for features, MOWs and series.
