Canuck comedians topline Package Deal cast

Canadian comedians Harland Williams and Jay Malone are set to star in Package Deal, the original multi-cam comedy series from Thunderbird Films for Citytv’s mid-season 2013 schedule.

The 13-ep sitcom, created by Andrew Orenstein (Malcolm in the Middle, 3rd Rock from the Sun) also stars Randal Edwards (Degrassi) and Julia Voth (Bitch Slap), and marks Williams’ return to television.

Package Deal follows three overly close brothers and the woman that comes between them.

Citytv-parent Rogers Media first announced the original series at its upfront presentation in May.
