Kristin Booth and Ennis Esmer find Sex After Kids

Kristin Booth, Ennis Esmer and Kate Hewlett are starring in Sex After Kids, from writer-director Jeremy LaLonde.

The indie comedy about seduction after parenthood, which is shooting in Toronto through the summer, also stars Shannon Beckner, Katie Boland, Zoie Palmer and David Tompa.

The ensemble cast includes Mimi Kuzyk, Peter Keleghan, Amanda Brugel and Kris Holden-Ried

The low-budget feature raised just over $61,000 on Indiegogo, in part by offering a producer credit to anyone giving $5,000 or more.

Jennifer Liao is producing Sex After Kids, which sees LaLonde reteam with cinematographers Zach Melnick and Ann Tipper, and composer Thomas Kratz, from his first feature, The Untitled Work of Paul Shepard.

Ryan Goldhar is executive producing.
