Nicholas Campbell becomes Less Than Kind regular

The veteran Canadian actor jumps on board the fourth and final season shoot in Winnipeg after guest starring during the family comedy's third cycle.

Nicholas Campbell, who guest starred on Less Than Kind last season, has become a series regular for the fourth and final season, which starts production Monday.

Returning to the TMN and Movie Central comedy from Breakthrough Entertainment and Buffalo Gal Pictures is Jesse Camacho, Wendel Meldrum, Benjamin Arthur, Nancy Sorel and Lisa Durupt.

The fourth season of Less Than Kind will be directed by Kelly Makin, James Dunnison, Mark McKinney, Doug Mitchell, as well as the series co-creators Marvin Kaye and Chris Sheasgreen.

The cameras will roll on the family comedy in Winnipeg through July 10, with the final season to bow in 2013.

Less Than Kind received financing for the fourth season from the Canada Media Fund, Manitoba Film & Music and federal and provincial tax credits.

Distribution of the series is handled by Breakthrough Entertainment.
