Beverley Shenken appointed programming topper at ZoomerMedia

Beverley Shenken has been appointed as VP programming, TV division at ZoomerMedia Limited, announced Tuesday.
Shenken will direct acquisition and scheduling strategies for specialty channel VisionTV, digital fitness/lifestyle channel The Brand New ONE, and OTA stations Joytv10 in Vancouver and Joytv11 in Winnipeg.
Previously to joining Zoomer Media, Shenken was manager of international sales at Discovery Channel Canada.
She joined ZoomerMedia in 2001 as director of acquisitions, and is behind the recent acquisitions of Downton Abbey from NBC Universal for Vision TV.
